Shipping:
All of our products include free standard shipping. This is a driveway drop off service. A delivery appointment will be coordinated with the carrier. They will reach out to you when it arrives in their warehouse. You will need to unpack and assemble. Our assembly is very easy and straight forward.
Care & Maintenance:
Mild detergent and water only. No special maintenance required. Hot plates directly out of the oven require a trivet. Hot plates out of the microwave are a non-issue.
Use only a soft non-abrasive cloth dampened with clean water, and mild detergent, like liquid dish soap. Spills resulted from wine, beer, alcohol, vinegar, and other acidic liquids and foods should be wiped up immediately. The clear coat provides some protection from spills, however to prevent spotting, clean immediately.
DO NOT use bleach, vinegar, ammonia, or any chemical or oil based cleaners, as we cannot guarantee what reactions might occur.
